Ambassador Sunny Mathias Akhigbe is an entrepreneur, diplomat, business strategist, and peace advocate with extensive experience across the oil and gas, education, healthcare, and humanitarian sectors. He is the Founder and CEO of Subseaco Cross Shores Ltd, Books Embassy Nig. Ltd, and Elite Embassy Medical Laboratories, organizations focused on energy services, international education consultancy, and healthcare delivery respectively.
A graduate of Economics, he combines strong business acumen, strategic leadership, and negotiation expertise to drive enterprise growth, execute major projects, and build local and international partnerships. Through Books Embassy, he has helped many African students access international education opportunities, scholarships, and admissions through partnerships with institutions worldwide.
Beyond business, Ambassador Akhigbe is deeply committed to peacebuilding, humanitarian diplomacy, and sustainable development. His contributions to conflict resolution, youth empowerment, and community development earned him the title of Eminent Peace Ambassador from the International Association for World Peace Advocates (IAWPA).
